The foundation is thickened edge concrete slab.

What materials will be used on the exterior of the building?

Building is wood construction with concrete separation walls and concrete fire walls. Exterior finishing includes fiber cement siding and stone masonry finish. Asphalt shingles roof. Sound proofing between units provided by ICF concrete wall with fire guard drywall finish.

What heating system at the Hawthorne Place?

Heating system is gas furnace with ducting.  Central Air conditioners provide cooling.

What are the Common Element Fees and what is included in the common element charge?

Common element fees will include grounds keeping including grass cutting and snow removal.

Do I own my property at Hawthorne Place or am I renting?

Each condominium is for purchase as property. Each unit will have a title registered to the owner.  The owner pays for security monitoring system, telephone, TV, house insurance and property taxes. The purchase price includes GST with rebate being paid back to the developer.

How many condos are available?

Eight units are being constructed. As of October 11, 2016, three units have been sold.
